GRIT Strength

LES MILLS GRIT ™ STRENGTH is a 30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle.

We use barbell, weight plates and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

MONDAYS  1PM  STUDIO 1  (30 MINS) THURDAYS  4.15PM  STUDIO 1  (30 MINS)
