Handy macro tracking
Keeping track of your daily calorie intake can be confusing - especially if you have no idea about macro quantities (i.e protein, carbs and fat). MyFitnessPal is a great way to track your calories and macronutrients. Use my 'macro calculators' to find your ideal daily calorie intake and macro ratios, then plug those numbers into
MyFitnessPal and you're then set to start tracking!

Each of my recipe books include detailed calories and macronutrients for each recipe. I have also included scannable MyFitnessPal barcodes on each recipe to make life easier when tracking using the app!
